Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary education is an asset)
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is beneficial but not required
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Connect with members who have requested information about available benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conferencing
• Clearly explain coverage options and answer client questions
• Assist clients with the enrollment process and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up service
• Participate in training and personal development while contributing to overall team growth
