About The Position

As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you'll become a trusted resource for clients by helping them understand their available benefits and guiding them through the enrollment process—all from the comfort of your home. Through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations, you'll build meaningful relationships while providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support. AO (American Income Division) proudly supports working families, veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and their families by providing supplemental life, accident, and health benefits that help protect their financial future.
