Independence American Insurance Company (IAIC) is seeking an Operations Implementations Specialist to collaborate with internal and external entities to ensure correct implementation of products and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)

Responsibilities

  • Manages and creates forms for distribution to each administrator for use in fulfilling policy output, including applications, policy documents, etc.
  • Manages and creates guidelines, instructions, materials documenting best practices for fulfilling policy output.
  • May research, gather and submit data for Department of Insurance state required annual reporting.
  • Creates and maintains documentation for operational procedures for use of each administrator.
  • May gather and submit data for regulatory requests.
  • May assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Coordinates and facilitates meetings for execution phase for the launch of new products, product updates, regulatory bulletins, etc.
  • Creates standard operating procedures
  • Represents the department in various meetings
  • Maintains documentation and distribution of business decisions, policy interpretations, exception requests, etc.
  • May complete fraud investigations and report to regulatory bodies
