About The Position

This role is for a Health Insurance Agent who will be provided with a proven system, real support, and a clear picture of what it takes to succeed. The agency provides warm leads, a fully built CRM, a proven sales process with refined scripts, hands-on daily coaching and support, and step-by-step onboarding. This is a commission-based, uncapped income opportunity for motivated individuals ready to build a long-term book of business. The first 90 days involve learning the system, developing consistency, and gaining confidence to control income. The role requires an active Life or Health Insurance License, a computer with specific processor and RAM requirements, a headset, reliable internet with a direct Ethernet connection, and a USB dongle. Candidates should have a financial runway during the ramp-up period. This is a Full-Time, 1099 Independent Contractor position.

Requirements

• Active Life or Health Insurance License (at least one state).
• Computer with Intel Core i5 or higher processor.
• Minimum 16 GB RAM.
• Headset.
