This role focuses on customer service, ensuring prospective and current members have plans that meet their needs. The position involves handling inbound calls to assess eligibility, explain plan options, provide quotes, and complete enrollments. During downtime, agents will conduct outbound calls for D-SNP Medicaid referrals, CSNP retention outreach, and outreach to dependents who will soon need their own individual plan. Adherence to CMS, AHIP, and internal compliance guidelines is crucial. The role also includes transferring misrouted calls and guiding ineligible callers to appropriate resources.
