About The Position

This role is for a Remote Health Insurance Agent operating on a 1099 basis, with a commission and residuals compensation structure. The agency provides warm leads and booked appointments at no upfront cost. The position is designed for individuals who are tired of income caps, want to build a long-term book of business, and are ready to commit to a proven system with daily coaching and accountability. The initial phase involves acting as an appointment setter, followed by a two-week training program, and then transitioning to booking and closing appointments independently. Licensing is preferred but not required to apply, with support provided for obtaining future state licenses.

Requirements

Active health or life license (any state) preferred, but not required to apply. Must obtain home state license before training begins.
Computer with Intel i5 or better, 16GB RAM.
Reliable internet (wired ethernet preferred; strong Wi-Fi or a USB internet dongle also acceptable).
Full-time availability, six-day call blocks during ramp-up.
Financial runway during ramp-up.

Systems in place to help obtain future state licenses faster for those who do not yet have the 5-10 state licenses needed for the sales stage of training.

Responsibilities
