About The Position

The Health & Community Navigator (HCN) is a trusted, non-clinical resource supporting McKesson associates at the Conroe, Texas, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Distribution Centers. The role combines onsite support, virtual follow-up, and community engagement to help associates navigate health benefits, healthcare and social-service resources, and barriers that may affect health and well-being.
