Under the direction of the Health Center Manager, the individual will direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and day-to-day operations for the assigned center to provide outstanding customer service, quality, and cost-effective care. The role is expected to manage the daily operations of both the Front Office and Back Office areas of the health center. The supervisor will respond to issues as appropriate (e.g., scheduling errors, patient flow bottlenecks, patient concerns, employee relations issues) and forward information to the appropriate supervisor and the Health Center Manager as needed for formal follow-up. Operations and decision-making are to be consistently based on UHC policies and procedures. The approach to work should be consistent and timely, as directed by the Health Center Manager.
