About The Position
The Assurance Group is hiring a consultative health and life insurance representative to help clients with life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities. Applicants with insurance experience are welcome, but experience is not necessary; the company trains people from a range of other industries. The role provides company-supplied leads, appointment-setting support, training, and ongoing assistance. Agents set and manage their own schedules and meet clients in person. This is a 100% commission 1099 role with no base salary and a pathway to W-2 employment. The company states that commissions are paid weekly.
Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License; the posting describes a 20-hour online self-study course.
- Reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.
- Must be a people person.

- Prior insurance agent experience is welcome, but not required.
