About The Position

Northwest Nazarene University (NNU) is seeking a Head Women’s Golf Coach to begin summer 2026. This role is responsible for all aspects of the women's golf program, including coaching, budget management, recruiting, ensuring NCAA compliance and eligibility, public relations, scheduling, travel arrangements, scholarship awarding, roster management, supervising assistant coaches, overseeing practices and competitions, fundraising, and player development. The coach will also perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director and Director of Golf. Key expectations include fostering spiritual formation and leadership, promoting academic excellence, driving athletic competitiveness, and encouraging community engagement. The Head Women's Golf Coach reports to the Director of Golf and is a full-time Exempt position. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Golf coaching experience
  • Sufficient skills, knowledge and training to perform the essential functions of this position
  • Candidates must be Christians (preferably in the Wesleyan tradition)
  • Must be comfortable with and in agreement with the mission and lifestyle values of NNU
  • Respond to the information items listed on the NNU Christian Mission requirements
