About The Position
Redcar AI is building a Learning Voice AI with an agent-first architecture, powered by their proprietary system, LearnLoop. Their AI agents learn from experience, adapt in real time, and go beyond static scripts to become autonomous AI back-office employees. The company was founded by a team from Google, Stanford, Princeton, and Uber, and is backed by Khosla Ventures. Redcar AI is scaling quickly and is looking for individuals to join their high-velocity team in San Francisco.
Requirements
- Sold (or almost sold) your company with revenue surpassing $20M+
- Sold to PE / larger conglomerate
- Grew up in a trades business with revenue $20M+
- Understand how to run a trades business
- Desire to build the future of the industry
Responsibilities
- Be the industry voice: join calls with owners and help build trust as a peer
- Build the inner circle: recruit design partners and shape product from real-world feedback
- Become a public figure: represent Redcar across podcasts, events, and industry conversations
- Shape the product: influence product, strategy, and go-to-market
