About The Position

We’re Search Atlas, and we’re on a mission to redefine the future of marketing. We are a $30M+ ARR company with a passionate team of 215 people building the world’s first agentic marketing platform. We're looking for an amazing Head of Sales. We want a Growth Architect, someone who's lived the startup grind, thrived in a fast-paced environment, and knows what it takes to win deals and build an amazing sales team. SEO and digital marketing are being reinvented by AI. We're the ones doing it. Your job is to take everything we've built (5,000 customers strong entirely through PLG) and lead the charge from $35M to $100M ARR and beyond — selling a product that's genuinely ahead of the curve to the people who need it most. You'll inherit a talented team, professionalise the operation, and build our first physical sales office from scratch. This is the role where you leave a real mark.

Requirements

  • The growth specialist. You have a proven track record of taking a B2B SaaS company through the $35M → $100M+ growth phase. This one's non-negotiable.
  • Startup DNA. You've built your own decks, figured out lead-gen from scratch, and fixed the CRM yourself. You don't wait for someone else to sort things out — especially not in a market moving this fast.
  • SEO and MarTech fluency. You don't need to be an SEO expert, but you need to understand the landscape — the shift from traditional search to AI-driven discovery, why that's a massive opportunity, and how to speak that language with prospects who live it every day.
  • A talent magnet. You have a black book of A-players and know how to recruit people who thrive in fast, never-the-same-week-twice environments.
  • Results driven.

Responsibilities

  • Build the machine: You’ll build a repeatable, data-driven playbook. You know what breaks at $10M, $20M, and $30M — and you'll fix it before it happens.
  • Launch our first sales office: You'll inherit two remote sales representatives, and we'll set up a physical office near you so that you can build your own superstar hybrid team.
  • Lead with AI: We're an AI company, and we mean it. You won't just talk about AI-native workflows — you'll model them. Lead scoring, automated coaching, hyper-personalised outbound at scale. If there's a smarter way to run a sales org, you'll find it.
  • Be a player/coach: You're not just managing the game from the sidelines, you're in it. You'll jump on high-value calls, close deals yourself, and set the standard the rest of the team rises to.
  • Build outbound motion: we’ve never done outbound
