TrashLab is seeking a Head of Sales to build and scale the company's revenue engine. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the ability to close deals personally and develop a repeatable, high-performing sales team. The Head of Sales will own new-logo revenue, hiring, sales process, tooling, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Customer Success. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers a path to broader Go-To-Market leadership.
