As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption for the company's autonomous pharmacy platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the commercial strategy and execution required to transform early market validation into meaningful revenue, helping establish Rmix as the category leader in autonomous prescription dispensing. Your success will be measured by your ability to build pipeline, close customers, generate revenue, and accelerate market adoption across pharmacy, retail, grocery, and other high volume dispensing environments. This is not a traditional account executive role. Rmix is introducing a fundamentally new solution to the market, requiring a commercial leader who can educate customers, evangelize the vision, and navigate complex buying organizations to secure transformational commercial partnerships. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to refine go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and commercial execution while helping scale revenue from early traction to broad market adoption.
