The Growth Navigator (Head of Sales) role at Raise Away is for an experienced sales professional who thrives on building and optimizing sales processes and teams. This role requires a player-coach who can both close deals and develop a high-performing sales team. The position involves strategic planning, data analysis (CAC, LTV, conversion velocity), and building sales playbooks for new territories and markets. The Growth Navigator will report directly to the CEO and is expected to grow into a Director of Sales role within 3 years, managing a sales manager and key accounts manager. The initial focus will be on proving and refining the sales cycle, followed by building out the sales infrastructure.
