Head of Sales (West)

HalterBoulder, CO
Hybrid

About The Position

We are searching for an elite growth leader, ready to play the game of their career. You will be leading a passionate and highly motivated team of over 10-20 reps across the West of the United States of America to a scale that very few businesses ever achieve, whilst having an impact on one of America’s most vital industries, Agriculture. Leading the West, you will be covering the full customer cycle from new sales through to Account Management. We’re looking for someone with commercial nous, X-factor, charisma, highly competitive yet technically strong as a sales leader… and the ability to hit a target nobody can yet see possible. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading the region's growth past the hundreds of millions of ARR. Roles of this scale, in a hyper-growth business, simply don’t come around often. You’ll be excited by exponential growth, and feel right at home leading on ambitious strategies. When the pressure is on in the biggest moments, you’ll be someone who wants to be in the game. You might find yourself juggling time on ranch with customers, coaching and developing your team, through to driving growth strategy and cross-functional priorities within Halter. You’ll be masterful at building trusting relationships, driving sales processes, managing large pipelines and enabling a team, whilst advocating for customers with a solutions-oriented mindset. Aside from jumping on the Halter roller coaster, you will be making a real world impact, making farming more productive and sustainable. You will build relationships across America's most influential ranching leaders, who also happen to be some of the most down to earth, genuine humans you will ever meet. This is a high-stakes role, spearheading Halter’s growth in the West.

  • A phenomenal attitude and a team player with the ability to consistently overcome challenges.
