Volvo Autonomous Solutions is scaling autonomous Highway trucking solutions for on-highway freight operations in the United States. As we move from pilots to commercial deployment, we are seeking a Head of Sales - Volvo Autonomous Solutions NA. to lead revenue growth, customer adoption, and strategic partnerships across the North American logistics and freight ecosystem. This is a senior commercial leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for building a scalable sales engine for autonomous long-haul transport. As Head of Sales - Volvo Autonomous Solutions NA. you will own the commercial success of autonomous on-highway offering. You will define and execute the sales strategy, lead a growing sales organization, and work directly with large enterprise customers, logistics providers, and strategic partners. You will operate at the intersection of autonomous technology, freight economics, and enterprise transformation, working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and the broader Volvo Group. This role is critical to taking Highway autonomy from early commercial deployments to scaled, repeatable business.
