Drive Social Media is seeking a dynamic, motivated Head of Sales Recruitment to help scale our growing sales organization across 5 major markets: St. Louis, Nashville, Miami, Tampa, and Dallas. This is a high-impact role where you'll be directly responsible for building the pipeline of top-tier sales talent that fuels Drive’s growth. You’ll take full ownership of recruiting for any position in the Sales organization—identifying talent, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless transition into their in-market training. This role combines sourcing, interviewing, coordination, and logistical planning, all with a fast-paced, sales-minded approach. While we appreciate experience, we’re also open to coaching the right sales-minded talent!
