As the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations, you will own the strategy, systems, and operational infrastructure that drive Asana's revenue engine. Leading a global team across functional areas like revenue transformation, systems, CX, and regional operations, you will manage our revenue operations, systems, strategy, analytics, and enablement to enable growth, efficiency, and performance at scale. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, bridging the gap between high-level annual planning and rigorous operational process improvements. We are looking for an impactful leader who is eager to build AI-native systems, optimize our go-to-market productivity, and help our global teams work together effortlessly. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
