About The Position

BlueMatrix I, LLC is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations in Durham, NC, with part-week work from home available in the New York, NY area. This role involves managing the sales process, setting and executing revenue operations strategy, analyzing sales metrics and KPIs, and managing dashboards for performance tracking. The position also requires identifying and resolving inefficiencies in the sales process, and liaising with finance and sales teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts and sales plans. A key aspect of the role is tracking pipeline health and deal velocity to ensure forecast reliability. The role requires 10% domestic travel throughout the U.S.

Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related.
  • 2 years’ experience with revenue operations; sales process management, forecasting, and Salesforce.
  • 1 year experience with sales enablement.
