About The Position

ePayPolicy is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to build the systems, data infrastructure, and operating rhythm needed to scale its multi-channel go-to-market organization predictably and efficiently. The role will develop a forward-looking Revenue Operations function focused on forecasting and leading indicators, rather than only reporting past performance. The company is PE-backed and scaling toward $200M+. The Head of Revenue Operations will lead an existing team that includes a data analyst and a sales enablement partner, and own the full RevOps stack. The role partners with the CRO, CCSO, CFO, and other executives on forecasts and board-level reporting, and serves as a connection point between GTM teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a team.
  • Deep fluency in Salesforce, compensation plan design, capacity planning, and sales tools such as Clay and Gong.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth, multi-segment GTM organization spanning enterprise sales, high-velocity sales, account management, and partnerships.
  • Direct communication style and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a vertical SaaS or PE-backed business.
  • A track record of building forecasting and pipeline infrastructure, rather than only maintaining existing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline and forecasting systems that provide accurate, accountable leading indicators across the sales organization.
  • Own the Revenue Operations technology stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and lead lifecycle systems, and ensure data integrity and adoption.
  • Lead and develop the existing data analysis and sales enablement team.
  • Own capacity planning across GTM motions, translating headcount and pipeline targets into hiring and coverage plans.
  • Define and enforce sales methodology, stage criteria, and handoff standards.
  • Design and administer compensation plans across the GTM organization, including quota setting.
  • Partner with the CRO and other executives on board-level reporting, explaining pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and GTM performance to investors.
  • Support refinement of the ideal customer profile and segmentation.
  • Design frameworks for evaluating sales productivity and leading indicators of success or risk to business goals.
  • Evaluate and roll out tools that improve representative productivity and management visibility, with a clear perspective on build versus buy and return on investment.
  • Coordinate between GTM teams and cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Account Management, and Product.
  • Leverage AI to scale the impact of the Revenue Operations function.
