About The Position

Teton is seeking a revenue operations leader to own and build the systems, data, and processes behind its go-to-market engine. The role will lead end-to-end GTM infrastructure across Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Success, supporting a company operating across multiple countries and care verticals. The posting refers to the role as both Head of Revenue Operations and Director of Revenue Operations. The position covers revenue technology and data, analytics and forecasting, territory and compensation design, deal desk operations, revenue lifecycle processes, and infrastructure for new market and vertical launches. The role will build and lead the RevOps function, standardize processes and playbooks, and continually improve GTM operations. The position is ideally based in NYC, though other profiles may be considered.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in GTM or Revenue Operations at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Experience at a startup setting RevOps strategy and building foundational systems from scratch, then scaling them through Series B and beyond.
  • A degree in an analytics-heavy discipline such as STEM, economics, or computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Admin-level HubSpot/CRM expertise, including scaling a global, enterprise-grade system across countries, currencies, and business lines through governance, automation, and integrations.
  • A track record of improving forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene, building executive and board dashboards, and identifying which marketing and sales activities generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Fluency in ARR, NRR, and conversion metrics across a land-and-expand model.
  • Experience designing territories and capacity models, setting quotas, and building compensation plans for long enterprise cycles and hybrid SaaS-plus-hardware economics.
  • Experience supporting a GTM organization selling across multiple verticals or countries with distinct buyers, sales cycles, or pricing.
  • Ability to drive process adoption by creating concise playbooks, training teams, and iterating based on data-observed friction.
  • Pragmatic use of AI and automation to improve precision, personalization, and productivity without sacrificing quality.
