About The Position

Circle Logistics is seeking a driven and strategic Head of Revenue Development to lead efforts in growing both new business and expanding relationships with existing customers. This is a senior commercial role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, understands the freight and logistics landscape, and knows how to build and lead a team that wins. The role involves owning the full revenue development strategy, leading a team of sales and account development professionals, building and maintaining a strong pipeline, and collaborating with various departments to develop compelling customer solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain sales
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a 3PL or carrier environment
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of truckload freight solutions
  • Consultative selling approach with the ability to engage at the C-suite level
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: you see opportunity, build a plan, and execute

Responsibilities

  • Own the full revenue development strategy, spanning new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of sales and account development professionals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across target verticals and geographies
  • Partner with operations, pricing, and leadership to develop compelling solutions for customers
  • Define and track KPIs including revenue growth, pipeline velocity, win rates, and account retention
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts
  • Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to broader company growth strategy
