We index millions of jobs, remove noise, rank what matters, and help people find real opportunities without dark patterns, ads, or pay-to-win placement. We are funded by top-tier investors in Silicon Valley, along with angel investments from former leadership and directors at Indeed and ZipRecruiter. In 12 months, we grew from 0 to 1 million+ monthly active users with a $0 marketing budget. We are looking for a founding team member to help take us from 1M to 10M+ MAUs. The role involves architecting, building, and executing an elite talent acquisition engine, heavily focused on sourcing, closing, and retaining top-tier, high-impact talent across engineering, product, and growth. This is a deeply strategic and resourceful recruiting leadership role requiring extreme grit and startup hustle to build something massive. You will work hand-in-hand with the founders to design hiring pipelines, craft employer branding, and drive aggressive outbound sourcing, while also handling day-to-day full-cycle recruiting.
