You’ll work extremely closely with the CEO to attract exceptional talent across the organization and help define what world-class hiring looks like at Fellow. Unlike traditional recruiting leadership roles focused on scaling large teams and maximizing hiring volume, this role is centered on quality over quantity. We’re looking for someone who deeply values identifying high-calibre candidates, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and building thoughtful, efficient hiring systems. We’re looking for someone excited to leverage AI tools and modern workflows to operate with exceptional effectiveness and leverage. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to build intentional recruitment strategies, refine job requirements, and support equitable, efficient hiring practices. This role goes far beyond filling open roles—you’ll influence how we build our teams, strengthen our culture, and scale thoughtfully. While you’ll bring experience in technical recruiting, you’ll also support hiring across all departments as our founding recruiter. You’ll also have the opportunity to experiment with and implement AI-powered approaches to talent sourcing, screening, and workflow optimization.
