About The Position
Hiring.Cafe is building a 100x better job search engine that is fast, comprehensive, honest, and useful. We index millions of jobs, remove noise, rank what matters, and help people find real opportunities without dark patterns, ads, or pay-to-win placement. We are funded by top-tier investors and have grown from 0 to over 1 million monthly active users in 12 months with a $0 marketing budget. We are seeking a founding team member to help us scale from 1M to 10M+ MAUs. This role requires a minimum commitment of 50 hours per week at our Cupertino office.
Requirements
- Lives and breathes social media, continuously plugged into social media virality
- Extreme grit and hustle; relentless, moves fast, and thrives in a high-intensity startup environment
- Highly technical; understands how software is built and can speak the same language as engineers when designing UGC strategies
- Deep consumer mindset; intuitively understands consumer behavior
- True ownership; does not wait for a roadmap
- Passionate about growth; obsessed with metrics, user psychology, and scaling platforms to millions of users
- Minimum commitment of 50 hours per week

- Handle day-to-day execution
- Design UGC strategies
- Identify bottlenecks, test hypotheses, and execute autonomously
