As the Head of Executive Recruiting, you will lead the strategy and execution of our executive hiring efforts, partnering directly with senior leadership to deliver exceptional talent aligned to our business goals and values. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and scaling Lennar’s executive recruiting function. You will define the vision, establish best-in-class processes, and deliver top leadership talent across the enterprise—all while leveraging data, market insights, and modern recruiting practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of executive recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring senior leadership talent in competitive markets
  • Proven ability to build and scale recruiting strategies, processes, and teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into executive hiring outcomes
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders and external talent
  • Deep understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitive analysis
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through and operational discipline
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead Lennar’s Executive Recruiting function, including strategy, process, and operational infrastructure
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and the Head of Talent Acquisition to shape executive hiring strategies
  • Design and implement scalable executive recruiting processes, tools, and reporting capabilities
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitive analysis to proactively identify and engage top executive talent
  • Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results
  • Build strong relationships with executive candidates, positioning Lennar as an employer of choice
  • Establish a high standard for candidate experience, communication, and follow-through
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and inform strategic decisions
