About The Position

Arrive Logistics is seeking a Head of Professional Development to build and lead a scalable management development program, beginning with Sales Managers. The role will study the practices of Arrive’s highest-performing Sales Managers through observation, interviews, team data, and performance metrics, then translate those findings into a structured program with curriculum, frameworks, tools, and progression from new manager to senior leader. The Head of Professional Development will coach managers one-on-one and in groups, helping them apply effective practices in daily management, including running one-on-ones, setting goals, giving feedback, and recognizing employees. The role will partner with RevGen, Sales leadership, Employee Success Business Partners, the Chief Strategy Officer, and operational executives to connect development to sales performance, talent retention, and broader business objectives. It will define and track measures of program impact, report results to executive leadership, build stakeholder support, and create a model that can eventually extend beyond Sales to other people leaders. In the first year, success includes documenting what makes Arrive’s top Sales Managers effective, launching a development program with coaching underway across the Sales Manager population, and establishing baseline and early-trend metrics that connect the program to team performance and manager-level retention.

  • At least 8 years of experience in leadership or management development, ideally in a high-growth, sales-driven environment.
