This role is 100% remote and can be located in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia Typical Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to build, develop and expand AI forward product offerings, expand Incredible Health to more care settings, healthcare professionals, and geographies, improve our marketplace funnel conversion with delightful product experiences, enhance our local supply and demand liquidity with helpful product experiences, and increase the efficiency of our operations with enhanced tooling. The successful candidate will: Develop key product strategy and roadmaps that enable our mission and growth targets, including key tracking and achievement of successful experiments and KPIs. Translating the company mission into a clear strategy and execution plan. Own, define, and drive key growth initiatives & metrics. Manage, hire, and professionally develop our product team and design team. Drive AI-native approaches across our product and design team, including using AI in day to day work, and lead by example by using AI in their day to day work Work with cross-functional teams including data/machine learning, engineering, operations, customer success, marketing, sales, and finance. Be a key thought partner to CEO, CTO, and our leaders across operations, finance, data, sales, and customer success. Ensure our product strategy drives our overall company success and strategy Continue to improve AI-forward reliable processes and infrastructure for the product and design team. Continue to align product, engineering, operations, customer success, design processes and workflows internally to drive success. Identify and solve issues, frictions, and bottlenecks that are impeding growth on the marketplace with innovative solutions You might be the one we’re looking for if you have a track record of: Defining, building, or leading marketplace or consumer product functions in high growth technology companies; Managing both product and designers with demonstrated success in mentoring, managing and developing people managers; Track record of working with teams to build AI powered products, including evaluations, prompting, QA, and more Use AI in completing your day to day work, including prototyping, improving product quality, analytics, research, decision-making and more. You’re the first to proactively experiment with new AI approaches and tools. Experience in leading a wide array of product and growth disciplines, including search and discovery, funnel optimization, data-powered product experiences, lifecycle optimization; Experience delivering strategically and operationally, understanding the broader picture while being able to dive into the details; Proven ability in driving growth metrics Capable of thinking about problems in a strategic way, providing "out of the box" solutions; Experience building and launching a new markets and new products, as part of an existing product suite; Strength in data analytics, metrics, and user research, making both qualitative and quantitative data-driven decisions. Strong product intuition and creativity that informs decision-making; Strength in working with cross-functional teams and leaders, preferably on a leadership team, and ensuring the entire company as successful, not just the product/design function.
