Product Engineer (AI-Native)

We are hiring Product Engineers — builders who can turn ideas into real products, fast. This is not a traditional Software Engineer role. A Product Engineer owns the full loop: from identifying problems to shipping solutions and driving real business impact. You will work directly with leadership to prototype, build, and iterate on high-impact initiatives across our marketplace, logistics, and internal systems.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background with hands-on coding ability
- Product mindset — you think in terms of users, outcomes, and trade-offs
- Builder mentality — you take ownership and move things forward without waiting
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Replit -> Claude, xcode etc.) to accelerate development
- Ability to move fast, prioritize effectively, and iterate quickly
- Strong ownership and accountability for results

Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact problems across the business (not just product features)
- Rapidly prototype and ship solutions using AI tools and modern frameworks
- Own the full product loop: idea → build → launch → iterate
- Work closely with operations and business teams to drive real adoption
- Build internal tools, automations, and workflows to improve efficiency
- Continuously refine solutions based on usage, feedback, and data
