About The Position

Heidi is building the future of healthcare by providing clinicians with an AI Care Partner. In 18 months, their clinical AI products have processed 73 million patient visits, supporting over 2.5 million patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries. The company aims to double global healthcare capacity and enhance the human connection in medicine. They have achieved product-market fit with a popular freemium medical scribe and are now expanding their offerings to include documentation, clinical evidence, and patient communication, aiming to transform the perception from just a note-taking app to a connected platform. The Head of Product Marketing will be instrumental in creating and establishing the AI Care Partner category, ensuring the market understands Heidi's full capabilities beyond its initial scribe product. This role is central to product, brand, and commercial strategy, aiming to make product releases significant market events and build trust with clinicians and health systems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product marketing, with a focus on shipped/built products rather than just years of experience.
  • A passion for software and belief in its power to transform user experiences.
  • Experience building category positioning from scratch, comfortable making decisions with incomplete data.
  • Passion for AI, demonstrated through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects.
  • A proactive approach, preferring to build over request.
  • Confidence in one's thinking while remaining open to being wrong.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging for the AI Care Partner category, across clinician, enterprise, and patient audiences, tailored by specialty, buyer type, and geography.
  • Partner directly with product group leads to shape narrative and go-to-market strategy for their product areas, naming and selling their innovations.
  • Run end-to-end launches, from alpha to enterprise rollout, defining tiers, readiness gates, and success metrics.
  • Translate complex AI and clinical capability into sharp, clinician-authentic value stories and proof assets, in close partnership with Brand, Field, and Growth.
  • Set and enforce market-readiness and quality bars with Product, folding clinician and enterprise feedback into the roadmap early.
  • Shape packaging, pricing, and monetisation with Product and RevOps to drive adoption and expansion across PLG and enterprise.
  • Build a live competitive and market-intelligence engine, and turn it into sharp inputs for Product, Growth, and Sales.
  • Build relationships with analysts, KOL clinicians, and ecosystem partners to build category credibility and awareness.
  • Lead and grow a team built around craft: launches, competitive insight, customer marketing, enablement.
  • Be the throughline between Product, Brand, and Growth so the market experience matches what's actually shipping.
