About The Position

Fortuna Health is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead the strategy, engine, and optimization of their consumer acquisition efforts for their Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) market expansion. This role is crucial for connecting millions of families to essential healthcare services. The Head of Performance Marketing will have autonomy over the paid search stack, architecting the funnel and DTC brand strategy, and will be accountable for delivering qualified, high-intent leads at scale.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with increasing ownership and scope.
  • Experience marketing to consumers in a regulated industry (health, law, financial services).
  • Mastery of paid search (Google Ads, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of full stack marketing strategy.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and perform tasks directly.
  • Ability to work 5 days per week in-person in NYC.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with organic marketing is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy, including hands-on management of search campaigns and landing pages.
  • Build an experimentation engine to scale, optimize, and exceed acquisition targets, focusing on lead quality and funnel optimization.
  • Manage Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and budget, including bid strategies.
  • Create and test ad copy, website copy, and interactive tools for a crisis audience, running disciplined single-variable tests.
  • Report on strategy changes and performance data to the operations team and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the growth team and other departments.
