The Head of Performance Insights is responsible for building and operating the enterprise-wide commercial “nerve center” for BHG, continuously measuring, monitoring, analyzing, forecasting, and driving accountability across the core growth levers of the business. This leader will partner closely with the CEO, Transformation Office, Chief Growth Officer, Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Marketing, Contact Center, and Treatment Center leadership teams to drive measurable improvements in patient inflows, admissions, conversion, retention, workforce productivity, payer economics, and overall census growth. The role requires someone who can move beyond dashboards and reporting to create an institutionalized management system that drives proactive intervention, operational rigor, and accelerated growth execution while always keeping an eye on clinical excellence.
