The position requires a blend of creative excellence and direct response performance expertise, deep understanding of platform dynamics, and leadership skills to elevate a team's output. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the creative standard across all clients and platforms, translating market trends into actionable strategies, developing the performance creative strategy team, refining the production process for high output, aligning creative strategy with creator output, owning the creative side of new client onboarding, and serving as the senior creative voice for clients.
