About The Position

BM Digital is at the intersection of performance marketing and creator-driven growth, managing significant media spend and numerous creator partnerships. We use our proprietary AI platform, Meteoric AI, to inform creative decisions and optimize performance for high-growth consumer brands. This role is for someone who has led creative strategy that directly impacts paid performance and drives conversions, not just aesthetic appeal.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance creative, with the majority at an agency managing a large client portfolio.
  • Proven ability to context-switch rapidly between different client types (e.g., DTC skincare, fitness app, consumer tech).
  • Demonstrated experience driving revenue and measurable downstream effects on conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
  • Fluency in direct response creative, understanding thumb-stop drivers, conversion blockers, hook diagnosis, and concept iteration/elimination.
  • Strong opinions on Meta vs. TikTok ad effectiveness backed by data from actual accounts.
  • Experience building and developing teams, including junior and senior strategists.
  • Ability to raise the bar without creating chaos and foster a culture of evidence-based creative decisions.
  • Proven ability to operate at volume, maintaining high quality, client confidence, and team alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and evolving the creative product across the entire client portfolio.
  • Setting the creative standard across every client, format, and platform.
  • Tracking emerging trends on Meta and TikTok to translate them into SOPs, playbooks, and best practice frameworks.
  • Mentoring and developing a team of performance creative strategists to improve their diagnostic skills, direct response principles, and creative point of view.
  • Building a culture where creative decisions are grounded in data without sacrificing instinct and taste.
  • Establishing standards, workflows, and SOPs for the production team in collaboration with the lead editor.
  • Ensuring creative strategy and creator process are synchronized with the head of talent.
  • Owning the creative side of new client onboarding, building frameworks for early wins and proof of concept.
  • Serving as the senior creative voice for clients, presenting strategy with conviction, providing feedback, and building client confidence.
