About The Position

LILT seeks a courageous, strategic People leader to build and lead its People function as the company grows in enterprise AI, AI data, and modern software. The role reports to the CEO and is a member of the Exec Ops Team. The successful candidate will bring particular strength in recruiting and talent, alongside sound knowledge of People operations, compliance, and employee relations. This is a hands-on leadership position: the Head of People will shape strategy while personally building and operating the function, including writing policies, driving the review cycle, and resolving day-to-day issues. The role includes recruiting, evaluating, and developing specialized talent; translating business goals into actionable People strategies; and developing cohesive teams across international work cultures. The leader will help cultivate a workplace that is both healthy and high-performance, and will develop builder-coaches who build and manage AI systems. The position is based in the SF Bay Area office, with Boston, New York, and Indianapolis also acceptable locations. LILT operates in a hybrid model, with three in-office days per week.
