About The Position

Electrify is a collective of creator-led businesses brought together through acquisition and a shared focus on making the world wiser. The company has around 150 people across more than 15 countries, operates fully remotely, and is based mostly in Western European time zones. The Head of People will support each team while building shared foundations that enable growth without diminishing the distinct culture of each brand. This is a generalist leadership role and central point of contact and trusted advisor for employees, line managers, partners, and leaders. The Head of People will guide people practices across the employee lifecycle, influence behaviors and culture, and build an effective People function with a small, diverse support team. The role calls for experience supporting fast-growing businesses through processes, procedures, and organizational culture, and comfort working in an agile, fully remote environment. The successful candidate will use AI and technology to make People services easy to access and deliver exceptional service to stakeholders. The role uses HiBob for HRIS, TeamTailor for recruiting, Deel for international employment, TalentDesk for freelancers, and Google Workspace and Slack for other work. It includes supporting the integration of newly acquired teams while preserving their individual cultures, and addressing employment matters across multiple countries.
