The Head of People & Administration serves as the leader of EverCare's people strategy and employee experience. This position is responsible for attracting, developing, supporting, and retaining exceptional team members while fostering a culture built on trust, accountability, collaboration, and service. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a startup environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable building programs from the ground up, adapting to change, solving problems creatively, and balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution. The Head of People & Administration oversees recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, culture initiatives, employment agreements, organizational policies, employee engagement, and leadership support. This individual serves as a trusted advisor to leadership while ensuring employees receive a positive and consistent experience throughout their employment journey.
