What you will do Brite is a fast-growing fintech leveraging open banking technology to process real-time, account-to-account (A2A) payments across Europe. Partnerships are our core growth engine. We are looking for a highly driven Head of Partnerships to define our Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) and transition this channel into a highly scalable revenue driver. You will own our European partner ecosystem end-to-end, driving merchant acquisition through Resale, Referral, and System Integration channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing partnerships, business development, or channel sales specifically within the Payments, Fintech, or SaaS landscape.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of negotiating complex agreements.
  • A self-starter who focuses on measurable revenue outcomes and merchant activation, not just pipeline logos.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Market Mapping: Identify and research high-yield partners across Europe, including PSPs, orchestration layers, ERPs, E-commerce engines, and System Integrators.
  • Deal Execution: Lead the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach through commercial negotiation, framework agreements, and go-live.
  • Value Proposition: Design scalable partner models and co-create "Better Together" strategies that position Brite as a distinct value-add for the partner’s business.
  • Partner Enablement: Ensure signed partners successfully complete technical setup or commercial training to actively route merchant volume within their first 60 days.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between partners and our internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to accelerate launches.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain clean CRM hygiene, provide accurate monthly pipeline forecasts, and build repeatable playbooks for ecosystem health.
