About The Position

Lyv is the infrastructure powering the next generation of wellness businesses. We’re building a platform that enables wellness providers—such as medspas, health coaches, and wellness centers—to offer clinical services they currently can’t provide on their own, including blood testing, prescriptions, and peptides, all supported by a clinical team. Founded by Harvard Business School MBAs with prior experience as founders in technology and clinical operations, Lyv is backed by top venture capital firms and is building at a rapid pace. We’re still early, which means every hire matters. This is a chance to join at the ground floor, work directly with the founders, and accelerate your career by being part of a fast-growing startup. We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships to build our partnerships function from scratch. You’ll be one of our first ten employees and will work directly with the CEO to identify, pursue, and close strategic partnerships that expand what we can offer our customers and unlock new revenue streams. Think: wellness brands, health tech, and other adjacent categories where a Lyv integration creates real value for both sides. This is a zero-to-one role. There is no existing partnerships playbook, no inherited pipeline, and no team to manage yet. What you’ll find instead is a strong core platform, a growing customer base of wellness operators, and a massive opportunity to build something that didn’t exist before. This is an excellent opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who wants to take partnerships from zero to one—and grow quickly as the company scales!

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you find the opportunity and go after it
  • A zero-to-one builder. You’re energized by building from scratch, not managing an existing motion
  • Fast-moving. You have a bias toward action and know how to close without overcomplicating
  • A strong communicator and relationship-builder. You can build trust with external partners quickly
  • Comfortable in ambiguity. You can operate without a fully defined playbook and make smart judgment calls
  • Commercially minded. You think in terms of revenue impact and know how to structure deals that work for both sides

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end partnerships function: from identifying targets to structuring deals to launching integrations
  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities across wellness brands and other adjacent categories
  • Lead outreach, negotiations, and deal-closing with prospective partners
  • Work directly with the CEO to define partnership strategy and prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and platform fit
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations to ensure partnerships launch successfully and deliver value
  • Track and report on partnership-driven revenue and key metrics
  • Lay the foundation for a scalable partnerships function as the company grows
