About Cloaked Cloaked is building the privacy layer for the modern internet—empowering individuals to control, protect, and compartmentalize their personal data. As digital identity becomes increasingly fragmented and exposed, Cloaked provides tools to create secure, disposable identities for emails, phone numbers, and more—giving users control without friction. We’re a fast-growing, venture-backed company at an inflection point: strong product-market fit, early enterprise validation, and a growing set of high-impact partnerships. Now we’re looking for a founding Head of Partnerships to scale this motion into a core growth engine. The Role This is a foundational, builder role. As Head of Partnerships, you will own and evolve Cloaked’s entire partnerships function—from managing and expanding existing strategic relationships to sourcing, structuring, and closing new ones. You’ll work directly with the CEO to define how partnerships drive distribution, revenue, and brand leverage. This is equal parts strategy, deal-making, and execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic deals at high-growth startups or relevant tech companies
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex, high-value partnerships
  • Experience owning or helping build a partnerships function from early stages

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in privacy, identity, cybersecurity, telecom, or consumer platforms
  • Familiarity with API-driven or product-led partnership models

Responsibilities

  • Own & Grow Existing Partnerships: Serve as the executive owner of Cloaked’s current strategic partnerships. Deepen relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and drive measurable outcomes. Ensure strong ongoing performance, alignment, and renewal/extension of deals.
  • Build the Partnerships Function from 0→1: Define Cloaked’s partnerships strategy, segmentation, and prioritization. Establish goals, KPIs, and operating cadence for partnerships. Build the foundation for a scalable partnerships org (process, tooling, playbooks, org design, hiring a team).
  • Source & Close New Partnerships: Identify and prioritize high-impact partnership opportunities across key verticals (e.g., telecom, financial services, consumer platforms, identity, security). Lead end-to-end deal execution: sourcing, pitching, structuring, negotiating, and closing. Develop creative deal structures that align incentives and unlock distribution.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Legal to bring partnerships to life. Translate partner needs into product insights and roadmap inputs. Ensure successful launches and ongoing partner enablement.
  • Act as a Strategic Thought Partner to the CEO: Help shape company-level strategy through the lens of partnerships. Bring market insights, competitive intelligence, and new opportunities to the leadership team.
