About The Position

Electrified Thermal Solutions is a company focused on electrifying industry to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. They have developed the Joule Hive™ thermal battery, an energy storage technology that converts renewable electricity into high-temperature heat. This technology is already in operation and is designed to be deployed at industrial furnaces, turbines, boilers, and kilns. The company has a manufacturing facility, international sales offices, and significant investor backing from major industrial companies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in industrial, energy, or climate technology
  • Track record of placing stories in tier-1 news outlets and trade press
  • Experience running executive thought-leadership programs
  • Experience managing agencies against contracted deliverables, including re-scoping or ending underperforming relationships
  • Demand-gen fluency (HubSpot or equivalent, funnel math)
  • Fast, high-quality writing and editing skills
  • Experience defining marketing metrics and reporting against them, holding oneself accountable to published results
  • Comfort working with deeply technical content
  • Hands-on AI content workflow experience
  • Experience marketing into Europe, including European industrial or energy buyers and EU trade media
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; ETS is unable to sponsor employment visas for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the marketing plan, including message house, channel cadence, and a 18-month calendar keyed to EU industrial-decarbonization funding deadlines and industry conferences.
  • Run product marketing, including vertical content for target industry segments (chemicals, cement and minerals, steel, mining), lead-generation tools, case studies, webinars, sales enablement, and partner co-marketing kits.
  • Run corporate marketing, including an executive thought leadership program, podcast and speaking-slot booking, an awards program, and managing analyst and press relationships across climate-tech, business, and EU trade media.
  • Manage external agencies (public relations, specialist vendors) to meet clear monthly deliverables, run an AI-assisted content pipeline, and enforce co-publication standards.
  • Own marketing measurement and publish a monthly executive dashboard covering placements, share of voice, social media growth, lead generation, podcasts, awards, and EU coverage.
  • Partner with the VP of Finance to ensure investor-facing narrative stays current for investor and project-finance conversations.
