About The Position

Vista Fulfillment Group is looking for a hands-on marketing leader to own growth across ecommerce, lifecycle marketing, paid media, SEO, GEO, content, automation, analytics, and AI-powered marketing systems. This is not a traditional marketing manager role. We need someone who can build strategy, execute quickly, use AI daily, improve systems, and drive measurable growth. You should be comfortable working inside tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO platforms, AI tools, and automation tools. The ideal candidate understands ecommerce growth and how customer discovery is changing through AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.

Requirements

  • Hands-on marketing leader who can create the strategy and execute the work
  • Strong ecommerce background, especially with physical products
  • Fluent in Shopify, Klaviyo, paid media, retention, analytics, SEO, content, and CRO
  • Uses AI tools daily to work faster and smarter
  • Understands that SEO now includes Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and answer engines
  • Analytical, organized, creative, and accountable for revenue outcomes
  • Comfortable managing freelancers, agencies, tools, and internal stakeholders
  • Not dependent on a large team to get things done
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with strong ecommerce experience
  • Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or similar field
  • Strong Klaviyo experience, including campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting, and deliverability
  • Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, analytics, and ecommerce conversion optimization
  • Working knowledge of GEO, AEO, LLM visibility, AI search, and changing consumer discovery
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing workflows, content, automation, analytics, and productivity
  • Strong understanding of acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention, LTV, CAC, and ROAS
  • Experience in alcohol, beverage, CPG, marketplace, retail, or regulated ecommerce strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the full marketing roadmap across acquisition, retention, conversion, and brand growth
  • Create monthly growth plans tied to revenue, traffic, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, email revenue, CAC, ROAS, and LTV
  • Own Shopify, Klaviyo, paid media, SEO, GEO/AEO, content, affiliates, partnerships, and marketplace growth
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, and Google Sheets to improve speed and output
  • Build repeatable systems for campaign production, content creation, product research, audience segmentation, reporting, and customer journey optimization
  • Lead SEO strategy across technical SEO, product/category pages, internal linking, keywords, schema, backlinks, and content
  • Lead GEO/AEO strategy to help the brand show up in AI search, answer engines, and conversational shopping journeys
  • Own Klaviyo campaigns, flows, segmentation, deliverability, testing, personalization, and reporting
  • Improve flows like welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback, reviews, replenishment, VIP, and product recommendations
  • Manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, affiliate, retargeting, and other relevant channels
  • Improve website conversion rate through landing pages, product pages, merchandising, offers, navigation, trust signals, and checkout analysis
  • Build weekly and monthly reporting that explains what happened, why it happened, and what we are doing next
  • Develop marketing campaigns around holidays, gifting, sports, seasonal occasions, new product drops, bundles, and offers
  • Keep marketing premium, responsible, compliant, and appropriate for the alcohol industry
