LOVE CORN is seeking a USA Head of Marketing to lead its digital-first and brand-forward marketing strategy. The goal is to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across all touchpoints, ultimately helping LOVE CORN become an iconic, household name snack brand. This role will own the consumer journey from online discovery to retail conversion, building digital campaigns that spark trial and accelerate retail velocity. The Head of Marketing will also be responsible for elevating the brand's story, voice, and cultural relevance. Key areas of leadership include brand building, social media, performance marketing, content, influencer marketing, retail media, and supporting sales with retailer priorities. This is a hands-on role for a leader who is a strategist, storyteller, and performance optimizer, with a bias for action and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. The role involves managing a small, nimble team.
