About The Position

ServerMania is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to lead marketing operations, campaign execution, and go-to-market coordination across our infrastructure platforms, including dedicated servers, GPU infrastructure, and AraCloud. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will translate revenue and go-to-market strategy into organized, measurable marketing execution across campaigns, content, digital channels, product launches, and brand initiatives. You will oversee internal marketing functions, coordinate external agencies and vendors, and help strengthen marketing systems, workflows, reporting, and operational discipline during a key growth phase. This is a leadership role suited for a player-coach marketer who can think strategically while staying close to execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading teams, improving processes, managing campaigns, and stepping into marketing systems and workflows when needed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience in cloud, hosting, infrastructure, technical SaaS, or IT services environments
  • Proven experience managing marketing teams and multi-channel marketing programs
  • Experience with paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, landing pages, email marketing, and digital campaigns
  • Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and multi-vendor marketing initiatives
  • Strong campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization skills
  • Comfortable working within CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and campaign management platforms
  • Ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear, compelling market messaging
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, buyer journeys, conversion optimization, and funnel performance
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools into marketing workflows to improve research, campaign development, data analysis, and operational efficiency
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to bring structure, operational discipline, and scalability to a growing marketing environment

Responsibilities

  • Translating the company's go-to-market strategy into actionable marketing plans and execution priorities
  • Refining ideal customer profiles, market segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks
  • Coordinating product launches, campaigns, content initiatives, and marketing priorities across departments
  • Ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with sales priorities, pipeline goals, and revenue objectives
  • Leading demand generation campaigns that support qualified lead growth and pipeline opportunities
  • Overseeing paid acquisition, campaign performance, landing pages, and funnel optimization
  • Managing external marketing agencies, vendors, and multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Collaborating with Sales to improve lead quality, campaign alignment, and conversion performance
  • Overseeing marketing systems, campaign operations, reporting, and performance visibility
  • Working with RevOps to improve attribution, data integrity, and funnel tracking
  • Identifying opportunities to use AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency, research, reporting, and execution
  • Leading internal marketing contributors across campaign, content, SEO, creative, and digital functions
  • Establishing clear priorities, workflows, accountability, and project ownership across the department
  • Supporting collaboration between Marketing, Sales, RevOps, executive leadership, and go-to-market teams
  • Guiding brand narrative, messaging consistency, technical thought leadership, and market visibility
  • Overseeing website content, campaign materials, sales enablement resources, and digital marketing assets
  • Monitoring marketing performance across traffic, engagement, lead generation, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on marketing data, campaign performance, and market feedback
  • Improving marketing documentation, operational structure, and scalability as the company grows
