About The Position

Plutus Health Inc is a high-growth, tech-enabled Revenue Cycle Management company serving 1,000+ healthcare providers nationwide. This role is for an Enterprise B2B Marketing Leader driving an aggressive growth strategy. You will report directly to the CEO and own the complete marketing function for both RCM services and SaaS software. The goal is to build a scalable marketing engine that accelerates pipeline growth, drives enterprise client acquisition, and positions Plutus Health as a market leader in tech-enabled RCM.

Requirements

  • Enterprise ABM Experience
  • 10+ years B2B marketing leadership targeting healthcare enterprises
  • Proven ABM program success with measurable pipeline
  • Built and executed multi-touch ABM campaigns targeting C-suite + clinical decision-makers

  • Own revenue contribution target through marketing-sourced pipeline.
