About the position
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join Immunefi, a leading bug bounty platform in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space. Reporting to the VP of Revenue, you will be responsible for driving growth on both sides of our marketplace - whitehat hackers and Web3 projects. Your role will involve developing and executing a data-driven inbound marketing strategy, building brand awareness and equity, nurturing a vibrant community, and leading go-to-market strategies for new product launches. As a key member of our revenue leadership team, you will play a crucial role in protecting the future of money in the DeFi industry.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong emphasis on inbound lead generation and measurable results
- Proven track record of exceeding measurable ROI based inbound lead generation metrics and KPIs
- Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans
- Prior experience in managing and building teams based on results
- Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
