The Director of Integrated Marketing will own the strategy and execution of campaigns that grow ID.me's brand presence and deepen trust and usage with consumers, enterprise partners, and government stakeholders. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Communications, Design, and Sales, and be responsible for ensuring that every campaign tells a cohesive, compelling story across paid, owned, and earned channels supporting brand awareness, product usage, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for a builder who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, data-driven performance, and category-defining moments. The ideal candidate understands how to market a trust-based product to a diverse audience, from military veterans and first responders to enterprise buyers and federal agencies, while maintaining a consistent, human brand voice.
