Duolingo’s brand is one of the most beloved and talked-about in consumer tech — and we’re looking for a senior leader to turn that cultural relevance into a measurable growth engine. As Head of Community & Influencers, you’ll build and own the function responsible for UGC reach, word-of-mouth acquisition, and creator-driven growth across all Duolingo verticals. This is a leadership role with broad strategic scope. You’ll define the vision for how Duolingo engages influencers, creator partners, and our global learner community — from celebrity partnerships to superfan advocacy programs to community experiences in and out of app. You’ll work at the intersection of brand, product, and growth, partnering directly with senior leaders across marketing, product, and data science to architect systems that compound organic distribution over time. You’ll report to the Head of Brand Marketing and will build, lead, and develop a high-performing team across influencer, creator, and community functions.
