About The Position

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others. If you are chronically online, obsess every influencer from emerging creators to A-list celebs, take pride in your rolodex, and have the chops to build and shape Starbucks’ influencer strategy from the ground up with a hungry team, this role is for you. The group manager of Influencers is a visionary leader who shapes how our brand shows up in culture through meaningful creator and talent partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, community, and strategy—guiding a high‑performing team to build authentic, long‑lasting relationships with creators who inspire connection and trust. The group manager will elevate our influencer partnerships from executions to experiences that spark conversation, drive engagement, and build brand love.
